Announcement: "The Clarinda Sister City organization is planning a group trip to Japan October 2-10th of 2004. The city of Clarinda has been invited to go to Tamana, Japan to celebrate their city's 50th anniversary. The sister city organization is planning a trip to Tamana, Osaka, Hiroshima and Tokyo.
