you will need a building permit. The City also requires permits for
decks, fences, portable garden sheds, this is to
make sure each property owner is aware of where the property line is
located.

The Clarinda Municipal Cemetery
entrance is located at the corner of Glenn Miller Drive (16th Street) and Walnut Street in the north
part of Clarinda.

People's Service. The Clarinda Water Treatment Plant is located at
1339 E. Washington Street.
The Wastewater Treatment Plant is located east of the
Municipal Airport.
