June 1, 2005
Clarinda, Iowa
will be the site of Fly Iowa 2005 on September 10-11, 2005.
We would like to invite you to participate as an exhibitor
in this aviation event, which is expected to attract 10,000
– 15,000 people. The event is held in different areas of
the state each year. This is the first time it has been
held in Southwest Iowa.
Fly Iowa is an
annual statewide fly-in and aviation fair created by the
Iowa Aviation Promotion Group. The event is designed to
promote aviation and its associated benefits across the
state of Iowa, and to use aviation as a motivating force to
encourage science, math and technology education among
Iowa’s youth.
The main event
of Fly Iowa is the air show with military and civilian
performers held on Saturday and Sunday afternoon. Several
other activities are planned for the two-day event,
including military and civilian aircraft displays, free
flights for the children, a fly-in breakfast each day, a
hangar dance Saturday night, and displays and static
displays from non-profit organizations, educational groups
and commercial vendors.
We would be
honored to have you exhibit at our event. The fee is based
on your business category: education, non-profit or
commercial. Discounted rates if registered early. [Booth
size and cost attached] If you have any questions, please
